My Story

Frances Armstrong is a woman of many talents. She was born with a sense of style and has always been interested in art and Business. Frances graduated from Norfolk State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Business. She recently earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. She became a licensed cosmetologist in 1998 and a licensed Cosmetology instructor in 2014. Since then, she moved from working in a salon to owning her own salon, Salon 403, LLC, in Newport News, Virginia. She has even contributed to beauty and fashion magazines and competed in hair shows. She has developed two product lines currently sold online and in locations across the country. With her love of style and art, no wonder Frances is a fabulous hairstylist and makeup artist.
